Jana Adcock - Early Childhood Instructional Guide
Hello, my name is Jana Adcock and I am an Early Childhood Instructional Guide. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from LSUS and a Montessori Certification in Early Childhood from Sarasota University. I have been an educator for 17 years.
My husband Chris and I have two children, Chloe & Chandler, who are both students at BCA.
I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family!

Haley Carson - Early Childhood Instructional Guide
Welcome to BCA! My name is Haley Carson, and I serve as an Early Childhood Instructional Guide. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from LSUS and a Montessori Early Childhood Certification from Sarasota University. With 9 years of experience teaching young children, I’ve always known that education is my calling. My greatest hope is that every child in my classroom discovers a lifelong love of learning.
I’ve been happily married to my husband, Harmon, for 10 wonderful years. Together we have two beautiful daughters, Norah and Reagan. Norah is especially proud to be part of the BCA Lion family!
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, singing at church, and spending quality time with my family.

Jennifer Carson - Lower Elementary Instructional Guide
Hi! My name is Jennifer Carson. I serve as the Instructional Guide for Lower Elementary. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from LSUS and completed my Montessori Certification through Sarasota University. For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students in the classroom and seeing the joy that comes when they take ownership of their learning. Creating a classroom environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community is one of my greatest passions.
I’m married to my wonderful husband, Kip, and together we are blessed with two lovely daughters, Louisa and Evelyn. Our girls are BCA Lions! It’s such a gift to share this school community not only as a teacher, but as a parent as well.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, singing in church, decorating, and spending time with my family.

Whitney Sullivan - Lower Elementary Instructional Guide
Hi, I’m Whitney Sullivan, the Instructional Guide for Lower Elementary at BCA. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from LSUS and a Montessori Certification in Lower Elementary from Sarasota University. Certified in Louisiana and in Texas (EC–6th), I bring over 12 years of dedicated teaching experience to the classroom. I feel truly blessed to work with children each day, inspiring their love of learning and watching their unique gifts shine as they grow.
Beyond my professional role, I’m happily married to my best friend, Chris, and we are proud parents of our two daughters, Olivia and Hannah. In my free time, I enjoy making lasting memories with my family and expressing my creativity through crafting and decorating.

Ashley Grantham - Upper Elementary Instructional Guide
Hi! My name is Ashley Grantham and I am the Upper Elementary Instructional Guide here at BCA. This school year will be my 16th year as an educator. I have my Masters in Education from LSUS and am certified through Sarasota University as a Montessori Upper Elementary Guide.
My husband, Brett, and I have been married for 16 years. We have 10 year old twin daughters, Ava & Audrey, who attend BCA and are our pride and joy. We also have three dogs- Greta, Rhys, & Rosie, who have their humans well trained! My family and I are members of The Pentecostals of Bossier City, where we enjoy serving in the Wednesday evening Children's Ministry and the Spanish daughterwork, Los Pentecostales de Bossier City.
In my free time I love curling up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a good book, or playing games with my family. We love visiting National Parks or vacationing at the beach!

Hannah Brown - Secondary Program Instructional Guide
Hi! I’m Hannah Brown, the Language and Humanities Instructional Guide for Secondary I. I have a Bachelor's in Secondary English Education and am currently enrolled in the Center for Guided Montessori Studies’s Secondary Program. This will be my second year at BCA!
I am originally from Mandeville, Louisiana, and moved to Bossier City in 2020 after meeting my husband, Clayton. We share our home with our dog Daisy, our pride and joy who keeps us constantly on our toes. I enjoy traveling, playing card games, spending time with friends and family, and eating desserts. -

Karyn Rimmer - Secondary Program Instructional Guide
Hi! I’m Karyn Rimmer, the Science, Math, and Spanish Instructional Guide for Secondary I. I have a Bachelor’s in Communications (Film) with a Spanish minor, a Master’s in Education, and I am currently enrolled in the Center for Guided Montessori Studies’ Secondary Program. This is my second (and a half) year at BCA!
My husband Thomas and I have three children, two who attend BCA: Isabelle, Lucas, and Leia. I am an active participant in my church choir, local theatre productions, and local film productions as well.
In my free time, I love to sing, watch movies and tv shows, read, play card and board games, and eat yummy food! My family and I love Disney and Universal and riding all the rides!

Anna Puckett - Early Childhood Teacher Assistant
Hello! My name is Anna Puckett, and I’m proud to serve as a Teacher’s Assistant in the Early Childhood classroom. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Bossier Parish Community College.
I bring over seven years of experience working with young children, including four years as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and three years teaching in public Pre-K. Supporting early learning and development is a true passion of mine, and I love being part of a team that helps children grow and thrive every day.
Outside of the classroom, I’m happily married to my best friend, Ryan. We have two wonderful children, Abel and Anthem. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, and actively serving in my church community.

Emerson Daniels - Early Childhood Teacher Assistant
Hi! My name is Emerson Daniels, and I’m excited to be working as a Teacher’s Assistant here at BCA. While this is my first year in the assistant role, I’ve been a part of the BCA community for nearly two years and absolutely love being here. I have just earned my Associate’s Degree in Teaching, and I am continuing my journey by working towards my Bachelors Degree. I’ve known since I was young that I wanted to become a teacher.
Working in a Montessori environment has been such a meaningful experience for me—it’s a place where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and become independent thinkers, and I’m grateful to be part of that process every day. I really enjoy working in a Christ-centered school.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy singing at my church, spending time with my family and friends, shopping, and participating in local theater programs! I truly love working with children, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing alongside them this year!

Abram Ardoin - Secondary Program Teacher Assistant
Hello! I'm Abram Ardoin, and I'm grateful to be serving as the teaching assistant for both the Early Childhood and Secondary programs here at BCA. This is my second year at BCA, and it’s been such a joy to grow alongside our amazing students and staff. Beyond the classroom, I’m passionate about music—I play guitar, bass, and piano, and I’m always exploring new sounds and styles. My curiosity for technology and innovation continues to drive me as I pursue a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering at Louisiana Tech University. I also love expressing creativity through graphic design, photography, and videography, capturing and creating content that reflects the beauty of the world around me.

Jeri Price - Upper Elementary Instructional Assistant
Hi! I’m Jeri Price, and I am the teaching assistant for Upper Elementary. This is my fourth year at BCA, and this will be my sixth year working in education. I’ve been married to my husband, Russell, for 12 years. We have two daughters, Joanna and Amelia, who both attend BCA.
Russell and I both have a love for History and Geography. We enjoy traveling to National Parks and other historic places to show our children all of the beauty in this world!
In my free time I enjoy many hobbies. Some of my favorite things to do are hand embroidering, baking and gaming with family and friends!

Judith Gober - Teaching Assistant
Hello, my name is Judith Gober. I've been dedicated to supporting the education system for 23 years.
I am happily married to my husband, Archie, and together, we are blessed with 2 sons and 7 grandchildren. Additionally, we have the joy of a great-grandchild, and I cherish 2 bonus grandchildren as well.
Outside of my professional life, I find fulfillment in traveling, attending church, and savoring precious moments with my family and friends.
